Due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) we are asking all of our customers to please call, email or text our offices to transact business. We will continue to remain open but are not allowing walk-in traffic for the protection of our employees and valued customers. Rest assured, we are fully able to service your insurance needs. We can take payments over the phone with a credit/debit card or with a checking/savings account. We can fax ID cards to your preferred DMV or email or text them directly to you. And we can take claim information over the phone or email. We can get signatures via email. We are fully able to service your polices over phone and email without you having to physically come to the office.
To further the safety and health of our employees, we have moved to a rotating remote working schedule. There will always be at least one agent in the office to answer the phones and collect dropped off payments and documents. Our other agents are working from home, assisting the in-office agent from a distance. If one office doesn’t answer, please leave a message or try calling our other office.
